I am going to be traveling a good bit in the coming months, what with my Sister's Shower, Bachelorette and then wedding. What I don't want to happen is for me to lose my motivation for keeping fit and doing yoga, like I mentioned in my Goals Post. I have a local (to my house) yoga studio that I use on the regular. I know my instructors, I know the classes that I like. When traveling, what I want, is to not have to spend an arm and a leg on a package at a new studio, because, well, I don't live there. I want to be able to find a little bit of my zen anywhere and get a good deal doing it.

One of the things that I have become accustomed to doing, as with a lot of my things in life, is checking if there is a Groupon available. No, really. When I knew I would be ordering shower invitations, I bought a Groupon. Now that I know I'll be spending a chunk of time in NC, I'll look for a studio there using Groupon. It's called being prepared to save money at all times, people. Dollars add up and then, boom, you're super savvy and proud of yourself. I use this same exercise when traveling for work, too. Groupon makes it way easy to search for classes in your area, based on whatever it is that you want to do to keep fit. Want yoga classes? Check out what Groupon has in your area. Love Spinning? Check it. Interested in Boxing and Kickboxing, they've got you covered. You can even check out seasonal sports in your area, like Skiing and Snowboarding. They have deals for a lot of different gyms, studios, personal trainers and even some things you might not expect. It's kind of silly for you not to check out Groupon especially if you're looking to try something new. Often, studios and gyms will offer great discounts to new clients so once you're in the door, make sure to get your money's worth from your Groupon. It's kind of along the vein of a "new year, new you", saving money and getting fit. There's nothing better.

Note: These options were all sorted by Boston Health and Fitness, but you can simply search by whatever zip code you need a deal near.

Have you ever found your favorite yoga studio, classes or gym through Groupon?

*This post was sponsored by Groupon. All opinions are 100% my own but you know you can trust me because, well, I use Groupon a lot. I mean it. K, thnx, Bai!
